KNX functionality

• Couples two self-contained KNX systems as a KNX bridge.
• Bidirectional KNX communication from KNX IP to KNX TP.
• 1000 group addresses.
• Supports KNX Secure.
• Can adapt group addresses to the KNX systems (mapping).
• Start-up using the ETS.
• Two separate applications, as TP device and IP device.
• Applications:
  - forwarding of KNX telegrams from the building’s shared weather station to the private KNX system in the apartment, for example.
  - forwarding of messages, such as upcoming lift maintenance, visit by the window cleaner, etc. to the apartment.
• Can also be used in the commercial sector, e.g. shopping centres or if self-contained KNX systems are required to communicate with one another in company buildings that have grown over time.
• Firmware update is performed via the Gira Project Assistant (GPA).

SIP functionality

• Safe separation of two networks.
• Provides protection against access to the private network.
• Only parameterised SIP telegrams are forwarded.
• Simple parameterisation via the device web page.
• Supports SIP and SIPS.

• Supply via external 24 V DC.
